Understanding Depression – FPUK.co

Have you ever been plagued by depression? Yes, “plagued,” because it affects nearly 1 in 4 adults in the UK alone! Not to mention the number of adolescents who must deal with depression daily.

What does depression look like for you? You can’t concentrate at work, you’re exhausted, feeling hopeless, empty or alone? A lot of people suffer from depression, but it is rarely acknowledged or treated.

You can numb it out with medications without ever dealing with the actual root of it. Unfortunately, unless you get down to real cause, your problem will not just go away!

I’ve spoken with several people who had dealt with depression for decades. And even after 10-20 years worth of antidepressants it didn’t solve their problems!

One woman in particular, Barbara, mentioned that her mother called her lazy when she was growing up! She didn’t even know she was coping with depression until many years later.

If you’re a parent, this is important! Depression can seem like laziness or some sort of choice, but it could really be your children dealing with a much larger problem.

The only thing that is going to solve your depression or your child’s, is going back to the root of the issue and throwing out that nasty rubbish. For some people, it’s their parents’ divorce, a bad relationship break-up, abuse, or some type of unforgiveness that has sewn a rotting, stinking seed of depression in your life.

And do you know how that seed gets fed? This is important for those of you who are not struggling with depression, but could be close to that full-out battle. You feed that seed by focusing on it. How you think, determines what you speak, and what you speak then determines how you live (or don’t live). What you feed will flourish and what you neglect will die.

If you’ve been speaking death over your life, your dreams, your actions or even over your kids – that needs to stop!

Empowered Like Never Before – FPUK.co

Hi Friends,

Wow I am completely blown away, encouraged, motivated like never before since Escaping The Rat Race and providing for myself. Ive just got back from our yearly conference and I am shocked at how much dedication and determination our management team are giving us by providing us with the tools to do the job.

Whether you are in business for yourself or working for someone else, do you have to correct tools to do your job or the work you need to do? Do you always wish it would be easier if I had that tool or if this worked better it would be so much easier. Well most of you know that I’ve been involved with Network Marketing since 1992 and have worked for a few companies until I found the fit for me. Now I know I have the perfect glove that fits what I want to be doing.

I initially needed more income coming in alongside my full time Landscaping Business, I needed more time freedom to allow me time with my family, children’s school assemblies and other things during the day, like being able to ‘do lunch’ or ‘do coffee’ when ever i wanted to and not worry about the money not coming in while I was taking time out from working.

Thats the beauty of Residual Income which basically means being paid forever just for doing something once, my previous companies I’d worked for, and when I was employed I only got paid for the hours I did or for the products I made, and when I didn’t work I didn’t get paid and that sucked.

Now I visit a client once and show them how to easily save money and then I get paid from that one visit every month month after month – forever, now that is the power of Residual Income providing time freedom.

But we’ve now been given even better tools by the leaders in our business, tools that get the job done so much easier than ever before with little to no room for error and guaranteed success.

Money Saving Spring Cleaning Tips

Spring is here! I don’t know what it’s like where you live, but here in the UK it is just gorgeous! The weather is amazing, and everything is so green.

Have you done your spring cleaning yet? This is a great time to not only clean out your garage or attic, organize your home, and clean your car, but you can also save a lot of money and even make money in the process!

We are in the season of fresh and new things, so today I want to share a few fresh ideas with you to help you make the most of your spring cleaning:

Have a garage sale. As you’re cleaning your house, sorting through the clutter that has accumulated over the last year, and organizing the garage, use this opportunity to get rid of the things you no longer use. Have the kids grown out of their clothes and shoes? What about the boxes of “someday” clothes in the attic? (You know, the ones you will fit into again ‘someday’…) Do you have extra tools lying around that never get used? You can even get together with several other families and have a huge multi-family garage sale! This is a great way to make some quick cash AND rid your home of all the clutter.

Step away from the car wash! Steer clear of the automatic carwash places. You have soap, old rags, and a water hose at home – USE THEM! This is a fun thing for the whole family to do together. (Can anyone say, ‘water fight’???) Take advantage of the nice weather. Get outside and get some fresh air, and mark that task off your list at the same time.

Keep those coins! As you’re cleaning under the couch cushions and the bottom of the closets and behind the washer and dryer, hold on to those coins you find. You may think, “What’s a few pennies here and there?” but believe me, they add up! Cash in those coins and pay off some of your debt, or put them in your holiday fund.
Those may seem like 3 very small things that may not matter that much. But here’s what most people get wrong when it comes to money: They think they have to wait to pay off their debt until they can do it all at once. They think they have to make huge changes or no changes at all. They think the small changes or actions are insignificant, so they don’t make them.

But the TRUTH is, small, simple steps lead to big results. If you wait until you make more money or you win the lottery, or you can afford to pay off all your debt at once, you will stay broke and in debt the rest of your life.

So choose today to make the small changes. Choose to follow the tips I gave you today. And I would really love to hear your best spring cleaning tips as well – especially if they will help others save money or make money! You can leave your comments here.
